Kids grow super fast and sadly their clothes don’t grow with them. Wouldn’t that be wonderful if they did. So as a parent, you are always trying to find the best bang for your buck. Here’s a few places we love shopping for clothes for little miss.
Before she was born and even as a newborn and an infant when she wasn’t growing at super fast speeds so since I could get a bit more wear out of her clothes we would shop mostly at Carter’s and Target. I swear it felt like every other week I was placing an order at Carter’s because of an amazing sale, or I had earned rewards, or they put out something cute I felt Cameron needed. Then I would go to target (which is a dangerous place in and of itself) and could not help but head to the baby section where I would find something she just “had to have.” And while that’s all well and good, you can easily drop a lot of money on clothes they can only wear for a few months, if that, depending on growth spurts and stain-age aka how often they get stained.
And while, I can’t say I’ve stopped shopping at those places for her altogether, because come on, it’s still adorable, and the sales still exist, I have now found myself trying to be a bit more budget friendly because we are at the age of messes. Which I don’t think will stop anytime soon.
So now, I find myself trying to shop at Marshals, Ross, TJMaxx, and Once Upon a Child. These stores are great, because you get so much more bang for your buck. And what I didn’t realize until semi recently is that you can get Carter’s at these places for half the price, if not more. I am all about the bargain. I’m that girl, that if you tell me you like my outfit and I found it super cheap, I’m going to proudly tell you that. And since these clothes won’t last long, and Cameron doesn’t know the difference, then I’ll gladly save myself a little bit of dough here and there.
